Refund policy

Returns:

At Coco Harmonoco, all products are made to order through Printify, meaning returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size, color, or style was ordered, or if the customer simply changes their mind.

If we have deemed your return eligible, you will receive a store credit that has no expiration. We do not accept returns for refunds.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Holiday items (e.g., Valentine's Day, Christmas)
  • Sale or marked-down items
  • Home goods
  • Accessories
  • Hats or beanies
  • Worn or washed items

We do not offer returns for any apparel. Please be sure of your purchase prior to purchasing.

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing info@cocoharmonoco.com. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may have begun processing.

Damaged and Replacements:

Inspect all items upon receipt. Report any damages within 24 hours by emailing info@cocoharmonoco.com with your order number, name, and photo of the damage. We will verify the timeframe and work on a replacement at no cost. Claims made after 24 hours cannot be accepted, but you may file a claim with the shipping company.

Reporting Missing Items:

Report missing items within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, we cannot be responsible for missing items.

Important Note:

This policy is strictly enforced due to our inability to manage products once they leave our shop. We cannot be held responsible for lost items or verify the handling of packages after they have been shipped.

Store Credits/Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your store credit will be processed. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs under any circumstances.
